MMX - Ha, ha that's right!

Garret - haha ohh yeahhh!

MMX -  Who is your favorite pro football team?

Garret - Ravens of course!

MMX - Here's one for ya......  my niece is a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens but I root for the Redskins,  no matter how bad it gets this year,  I refuse to sell out.

Garret - That's crazy!  lol. and oh :O our coach is a skins fan too..

MMX - Yes!  I knew I liked Coach Bryant .. Give me one word to describe Head Coach Paul Bryant.

Garret -  Who is coach  Bryant??  lol

MMX - "Oh snap"  My bad,  coach Paul "Bear" Bryant coached  Forest Gump at Alabama.  So who is the Owls head coach?

Garret - Lol!  Mike Downes

MMX - Ha, ha, ha .. I like Mike too!  Ok,  one word to describe coach  Mike Downes

Garret - Just one?  I don't know that's hard,  there is allot.

MMX -  Nope,  just one.

Garret - Id have to say,  Inspiring.

MMX - Good one!  Who is your favorite college team?

Garret - Boise State!

MMX - Boise has it all wrong,  Boise is a city in Idaho not a state.   

Garret - ????????

MMX  - I'm Just mad cause they beat V.T. in the season opener.

MMX - When did you realize you were going to be the Q.B. for the Dundalk Owls?

Garret - Back in spring time during our 7 on 7 passing league..
7-on-7 Passing League is a fun competitive, non-contact way to play football. It is all passing, played on a 40-yard field plus end zone, and allows scoring both on the offense and defense. Passing is now the feature offense, and thus defense, of most teams. Passing and catching take a great deal of practice to master. Participating in a 7-on-7 league offers athletes an exceptional, competitive way to hone their skills.

MMX - So how do you like the move to QB?

Garret -  I wasn't completely sold on it at first,  because I love defense..... and I haven't had much experience at QB, but now I love it!  But still miss defense at times.

MMX - You look like a natural,  some great long ball passing,  looks like that 7 on 7 paid off!

Garret - Thanks! I'm trying.

MMX - I was on the sideline during the loss to Chesapeake. Along with the tackler I thought the play had ended, I had stopped taking pics , next thing you know,  the runner was down the field for the score. 
 
Garret - Yeah,  That was ridiculous. I was right there and I thought he was down too, so I turned away,  then when I looked back,  he's sprinting away.

MMX - Any advice from the coach's on that?

Garret - That we have to pursue all 11 to the ball..

MMX - Nice advice,  let me write that down.....

MMX - Do you have a favorite Q.B.?

Garret - I like  Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers..

MMX -  As a defensive player who would you like to sack?

Garret - Ben Roethlisberger,  I hate him with a passion.

MMX -  I have to agree with you on that one...

MMX - So what was tougher,  facing the Loch Raven Raiders or climbing their hill after the game to get back on the team bus?

Garret - HAHAHAHA, The hill!  I almost caught a cramp... lol

MMX - I raced your dad up that hill after the game,   tough challenge!

Garret - lol! Youve met my dad??

MMX - Yep,  I was parked next to him,  he put a ding in my car door.

Garret - lololol, I hope your kidding! haha

MMX - Yea,  im just kidding about the door but he did beat me to the top of the hill..'  I talked to your dad after our climb ,  he is very proud of you!

Garret - lol

MMX - No disrespect to the Raiders and head coach  John "Class Act" Railey 

MMX - So what songs do you guys sing on the buss going to your away games?

Garret - Well we have a personal Dj on the bus... DJ IBE. Number 6! lol. But after the Loch Raven game we took it old school and were singing the Temptations!

MMX - Not the wheels on the bus go round and round?

Garret - No  lol ...  In our locker room we have a music cd with all Temptations and Bob Marley on it.

MMX -  I would have never guessed that one.

MMX - I like the "new" uniforms and the helmets look sick!

Garret - Me too!   The pants set everything off!  We are going green tops, white pants next week.

MMX - I like the white!

Garret - Yeah white on white is my favorite..

MMX - ............
 (thinking) .. .... .. " Wow!  What if the coach's put the golden domes on your helmet as the Owl's logo?

Garret -  What is the golden domes?

MMX - You know,  The "Tarp Towers"  the Golden Domes of Dundalk you can't miss'em!

Garret - hahahahaha! lol!

MMX - Some people say that they belong to Essex but i'm not sure? 
  
MMX - So being from Dundalk have you ever used the word Hon,  you know with that crazy accent?

Garret - haha!  Ive made fun of it, but  never actually used it.!

MMX -  Trevon Reid #20 sure looks fast on his feet,  is their anybody on your team that can match or surpass his speed?

Garett -  He's like lightning.. but #7 Gary Hopkins is up there too,  I want to see them race but Trevon "doesnt race anybody"

MMX - How about ... Reid vs Gump?

Garret - Ha ha ....  Reid vs Bolt?

MMX - Now that Is Some Speed!  But Gump would out last both of them,  reminds me of a joke about the Poppa Bull and teen bull and a big hill like the one at Loch Raven ... never mind.. I can't go there.

Garret - lol oh yeah?

MMX - So who are some of your coach's and what do they do?

Garret - Coach Downes - Is Everywhere, Coach Powell - DB's and Running Backs, Coach Monroe - Quarterbacks, Coach Tyler - O line / D line, Coach Sandora- Dbs and receivers, Coach Boller- Defensive Coordinator

 MMX - looks like it's working and they are doing their job! 

MMX - I wasn't sure you guys were going to be ok this year with out big Courvoisi Calvin on the line but your team is off to a great start!

Garret - Yeah, CC was a huge loss.. but we have people who have stepped it up,  our line is doing a great job, that is where it all starts.

MMX - Have you ever thought of doing a Lucy/ Charlie brown move on Big Joe Comp. you know,  yank the ball from his kicking feet.

Garret - Hahaha!  That would be hilarious but I think he would  kill me and  if he didn't,  coach would !  If I do,  I will let you know so you can snag a pic! LOL

MMX - Good plan,  do it during practice.

Garret - Or warm ups before the game?

MMX - Even better!
